Refund policy
ALANIS SWIMWEAR wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We understand that online shopping and sizing can be tricky, so we're here to help you get your order correct.
We accept unworn, unwashed, undamaged bikinis with tags still attached *in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase for exchange only. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes ALL sale/discounted items or any use of discount codes. NO EXCEPTIONS. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
Prevention is key! Make sure you read the description and size charts for each product. If you're still not sure, feel free to DM us on Instagram @alanisswimwear or email info@alanisswimwear.com
To start your return process, please read the following.
Step 1: Please send us an email at info@alanisswimwear.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.
Step 2: Once you have confirmation that you are eligible for an exchange, head to any local post office and return the package to the address we provide.
Please note that we do not offer free return shipping. The cost of shipping the item(s) back to us will need to be covered by the customer.
Step 3: Once the item is delivered to us, we will then send out the new item(s) you want to exchange for.
Please note that if the item(s) appear to be worn/damaged or does not have it’s original tags, it will not be accepted.
FAULTS
If you come across a fault in your item which you deem to be a manufacturing fault & not a customer care fault, please contact us at sales@alanisswimwear.com with a photo so we can assess the issue & establish a mutual happy outcome!
CANCELLATIONS:
If you realize you made a mistake after completing your order, send us an email right away at info@alanisswimwear.com or DM us on instagram @alanisswimwear and we can make the necessary adjustments. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to make any changes.
